6. Engineering Disclaimer

The Services are intended to assist and augment the work of qualified engineering professionals. The outputs generated by our platform do not constitute professional engineering advice and should not be used as the sole basis for engineering decisions.

All calculations, analyses, and recommendations provided by the Services must be reviewed, verified, and approved by a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent qualified professional before being used in any engineering project. Tenzor Intelligence is not a substitute for professional engineering judgment.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TENZOR INTELLIGENCE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. You use the Services at your own risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tenzor Intelligence and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
